US federal government cannabis patients will be opening sealed federal government marijuana cans, recently sent to them as medicine, at “high noon” April 7, 2006 at The Fourth National Clinical Conference on Cannabis Therapeutics.
The conference is co-sponsored by the University of California, San Francisco, School of Medicine and the California Nurses Association in conjunction with Patients Out of Time (POT) and will be held at the campus of Santa Barbara City College, Santa Barbara, CA on April 7 & 8, 2006.
“The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the federal government claims to have the best interest of the health of US citizens in its focus at all times,” said conference organizer Al Byrne. “The cannabis medicine the federal patients receive is under the responsibility of the FDA which has never directly studied the health of the patients. POT did such a study and has published the results at www.medicalcannabis.com, but was accused of “doctoring” photographs of the federally supplied cannabis by a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) witness who was proven wrong. This time around POT shall study the quality of the medicine exposed on April 7 and invites you to document the beginning of the study for the DEA.” |
