DEA Rejects Two Rescheduling Petitions

Follow Us!Share This!The Drug Enforcement Administration finally announced that it was rejecting two separate petitions that called for the agency to reschedule cannabis, moving it from Schedule One under the Controlled Substances Act to Schedule Two. One of the petitions had been filed in 2011 by then-Governors Christine Gregoire (WA) and Lincoln Chafee (RI).
